Day 43

Still waiting for those test results to see if I can go home this weekend. But just tonight I seem to have developed a slight fever. This sometimes means they decide to administer antibiotics for a few days, "just in case", which would mean NOT going home until midweek. I'm hoping it will be gone on the next check and/or they will decide to ignore it. This has happened before, just about ready to go home when some new thing turns up. It is very frustrating (although it would be worse to go home and have to be readmitted right away.) Fingers crossed.
