The countdown to the transplant has started. First full day of chemo today - not too bad, not much reaction, lots of good strong anti-sickness drugs to help me. It does take all day though, not what I was expecting, but I just settle in with my book and my ipod and relax. Same again for 6 days.
A special "hi" to any of my LT buddies who have made it over here - thanks for caring.
And for those of you who know Kate, happy to say she is settling in well in Charlottesville so far.
