So, my New Year's resolution to avoid hospital admissions didn't last very long....
Over the holidays, I was on some oral drugs to try to manage graft v. host disease and cmv virus. The GvH seems to be getting under control, but the anti-cmv drug wasn't strong enough, so I need to go back on IV, which means admission. Sigh. So I am back in, hopefully only for a week or so, but you never know, as I have learned so many times. If you are in the UCH area, I am on the 8th floor, but not sure if I am allowed visitors, as on top of everything else I seem to have the flu (B not swine), although I don't really feel it much. I'll post when/if I find out. Happy New Year.
